The staff are friendly with prompt response, except for a few pocket lapses. Their menu is too limited and a couple of their meals, bland. Their chef needs further training. They have a couple of mucus/algae on their POP with a foul smell in the toilet. They need to do a touch up. It is serene and has a good ambience.

Top class customer services, clean rooms and environment. A nice and entertaining Karaoke nite on every Wednesdays. I will definitely return my visit again and again. The security is well arranged with CCTV cameras and well trained operatives.

Gpinnacle is a good place to be, home away from home, I enjoyed my stay there, their staffs were courteous and polite. Thank you for hospitality and kindness. I will sure return soon. Keep the good work going

What a place to be. I came in from Abuja thinking of a good hotel to stay. I got a hint from the airport of G pinnacle suites. I wanted to doubt but my experience was remarkable. The staff are well trained and the services are top notch! I slept soundly and ate a very good meal. The bar is unique and the swimming pool is cozy and clean. I hope to return very soon. Well done for giving value for the money spent. Wish you all the best!

I will give their welcoming and farewell 10/10, they have great receptionist, Kudos to them. Hassanat and Taibat at the restaurant was really helpful and professional. Breakfast doesn’t have much varieties and we are limited to just few items. Rooms are neat and bathroom is decent. Hot water keeps going on and off. Linen and terry are well kept. They have a very nice karaoke event on Friday and it was interesting. Music at the bar was good on every other day. Shortfalls: they only have one person that does grills, we couldn’t eat any grills during our stay especially late at night. The Chef need serious improvement in terms of food. For hotel of that 4 star standard, I expected more in terms of food. The lady at the bar at night need serious training as far as customer service is concerned. There is a banging sound during the day close to my room and it is really uncomfortable. I guess it’s because the hotel is undergoing renovations/repairs. Managers at the restaurant needs to respect guest privacy and talk silently. Overall experience was good thanks to the fair lady at the reception who get things done once asked.(she was on morning shift). The staff are respectful and keeps greeting every time. Security in the hotel is really okay too. Good job !
